At Rae-Cor, we do not overcharge on some orders to make up for shortages on others.  We charge EXACT shipping charges only.  All orders originate from Green Bay, Wisconsin.  Because all orders differ in size, weight & dimension, we charge 20% up-front for shipping.  If the shipping cost is LESS than that, the overage is REFUNDED to you when the order ships.  (So be sure to include your current, valid e-mail address, as we securely refund the overage via Paypal.)
